ADIA BRANTLEY advises clients on technology, intellectual property, and life sciences issues, including M&A, software development, licensing, and commercial transactions. Adia focuses on M&A and PE, life sciences, technology transactions, and emerging companies and venture capital (ECVC).
Adia received her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where she developed a legal technology framework to enhance the efficiency of a top 75 AmLaw firm. Adia interned at Settle, a startup spotlighted by Forbes as one of the next billion-dollar ventures in 2023. Before transitioning to law, Adia taught International Baccalaureate Biology for two years, drawing on her robust background in biology and life sciences.
Adia is committed to social justice through her pro bono work with the National Immigration Justice Center, supporting asylees and refugees. She leverages her multidisciplinary background to navigate the intricate legal landscape of life sciences, technology, M&A, and ECVC.
