GRACE BINGER’s practice focuses on energy and infrastructure matters.
Grace earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center where she was recognized as a member of the Order of the Barons and remained on the Dean’s list from 2021–2024. Grace received the “LEX Award” in Torts and Constitutional Law for achieving the highest marks in each class respectively. She was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship, in recognition of her outstanding academic performance and the “Ann D. Forman Memorial Endowed Scholarship for Women in Law Award.”
During law school, Grace served as the alumni relations editor on Board 24 of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal. She aided her professors as a teaching assistant in both Torts and Constitutional Law classes. She was a mentor in the Adopt a 1L Program, as well as a Group Student Mentor to 1Ls. She was a member of the Student Advisory Board to the Career Development Office and affiliated as a member of the Association of Women in Law.
During this time, Grace was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Yvonne Y. Ho, United States Magistrate Judge for the District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Prior to attending law school, Grace graduated from Texas A&M University where she graduated with honors.
