• Yum China Holdings, Inc. (HKEX: 9987; NYSE: YUMC) in connection with the successful voluntary conversion of its secondary listing status to a primary listing status on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX). Yum China, the largest restaurant company in China in terms of system sales, has become dual-primary listed on the HKEX and NYSE.
• Redco Healthy Living Company Limited (HKEX: 2370) in connection with its HK$255 million (US$32.6 million) initial public offering on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The listing is a spinoff of property management business from Redco Properties Group Limited (HKEX:1622). Redco Healthy Living is a Jiangxi based comprehensive property management and lifestyle service operator in China.
• Shanghai MicroPort MedBot (Group) Co., Ltd. (HKEX:2252) in connection with its HK$1.56 billion (US$201 million) initial public offering and listings of H shares on the Main Board The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The listing is a spinoff of medical devices manufacturer from MicroPort Scientific Corporation (HKEX:853). Shanghai Microport MedBot is the first HKEX-listed, globally top-tier surgical robot company, dedicated to designing, developing, and commercializing surgical robots to assist surgeons in performing complex surgical procedures;

• Beijing Enterprises Urban Resources Group Limited in connection with its initial public offering listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Beijing Enterprises Urban Resources Group Limited is an integrated waste management solution provider in China, Proceeds: US$79.93 million;

• PanAsialum Holdings Company Limited in connection with its initial public offering listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Main Board with concurrent global placement pursuant to Regulation S and Rule 144A. PanAsialum is a leading Chinese manufacturer of aluminum products; 
• Yuanda China Holdings Ltd in connection with its initial public offering listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Main Board with concurrent global placement pursuant to Regulation S and Rule 144A. Yuanda China is the second largest developer of curtain walls in the world and has completed more than 500 commercial and public building projects in the past three years. Proceeds: US$288.5 million; 
• Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited in connection with its initial public offering listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Main Board with concurrent global placement pursuant to Regulation S and Rule 144A. Tenfu is a leading Chinese tea-product enterprise engaged in the development, sale and marketing of tea products in China. Proceeds: US$160.5 million. This transaction was named in 2011 as Best Small-Cap Equity Deal by The Asset; 
• China ITS (Holdings) Company Limited in connection with its initial public offering listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Main Board with concurrent global placement pursuant to Regulation S and Rule 144A. China ITS is a transportation infrastructure technology solutions and services provider in China. Proceeds: US$106 million; 
• China Evergrande Group (formerly known as Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited) in connection with its initial public offering listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Main Board with concurrent global placement pursuant to Regulation S and Rule 144A. China Evergrande Group is the largest (in terms of land bank) P.R.C.-based and privately owned residential property developer. Proceeds: US$724.7 million; 
• Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Limited in connection with its initial public offering listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Main Board with concurrent global placement pursuant to Regulation S and Rule 144A. Powerlong is a leading property developer in China specializing in the development of large-scale and multi-functional commercial complexes. Proceeds: US$383.4 million; 
• SITC International Holdings Company Ltd in connection with its initial public offering listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Main Board with concurrent global placement pursuant to Regulation S and Rule 144A. SITC is the third largest overall and largest non-state-owned container shipping company that provides integrated transportation and logistics solutions in China. Proceeds: US$398 million; and
• Anton Oilfield Services Group, a leading non-government owned provider of onshore oilfield services in the P.R.C., in connection with its initial public offering listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Main Board with concurrent global placement pursuant to Regulation S and Rule 144A. Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan were the lead underwriters on the deal. Proceeds: US$125 million.
