Sidley represented Gelfand, Rennert and Feldman (GR&F) in becoming the latest hub of Focus Financial Partners. GR&F provides comprehensive business management, multi-family office, and related services to individuals and businesses in the entertainment space, as well as athletes, executives, influencers, and high-net-worth individuals. Focus is a leading international partnership of wealth management, business management, and related financial services firms. The transaction follows a partnership between the two firms established in 2017 – a transaction in which Sidley also represented GR&F. GR&F will be known as Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, Focus Partners Business Management.
