Sidley is representing Eagle Materials Inc. (NYSE: EXP), a leading manufacturer of construction products and building materials, in its acquisition of aggregates business Bullskin Stone & Lime, LLC. The acquisition will help Eagle Materials extend their aggregates quarries, cement plants, and cement terminals network in Western Pennsylvania.
