Sidley acted as international counsel to ICICI Securities, IIFL Capital, Jefferies, and J.P. Morgan, the book-running lead managers, on the US$250 million initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares in Sagility India Limited (Sagility).
Sagility provides technology-enabled business solutions and services to clients in the U.S. healthcare industry. It is a leader in the large and resilient U.S. payer (U.S. health insurance companies, which finance and reimburse the cost of health services) and provider (primarily hospitals, physicians, and diagnostic and medical devices companies) solutions market.
Manoj Bhargava and Shashwat Tewary led the Sidley team, which included Sarangan Rajesh Kumar, with support from Daniel A. O’Shea, Carla G. Teodoro, Nicholas R. Brown, Robert M. Kreitman, Alvin Wang, Morgan Ross, Andrew W. Shoyer, Angela M. Xenakis, and Leslie A. Shubert.
