Sidley represented Ninja Van Group, Southeast Asia’s leading tech-enabled logistics organization, on a three-year committed US$50 million revolving credit facility (RCF) from HSBC.
The RCF will enable Ninja Van Group to accelerate regional growth and its development in e-commerce express logistics, B2B restocking, and cold chain delivery services.
Sidley is proud to continue its support of Ninja Van Group, having advised the company on its US$578 million Series E fundraising led by Alibaba Group and Geopost/DPDgroup.
