Sidley advised Exiger in connection with a majority investment by funds managed by global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG) and global software investor Insight Partners. The transaction will enable Exiger to continue investing in its product portfolio of AI solutions that are used across government, defense, and commercial markets. Exiger’s mission is to make the world a safer and more transparent place to succeed through its software and tech-enabled solutions. Carlyle is a global investment firm with US$382 billion of assets under management as of September 30, 2023. Insight Partners is a global software investor with over US$80 billion in regulatory assets under management as of June 30, 2023.
