Sidley represented American Family Ventures in the closing of AFV Fund IV, a US$444 million venture capital fund supported by multiple limited partners. AFV Fund IV represents American Family Ventures’ second multiple limited partner venture capital fund and is focused on early stage startups impacting the insurance industry. The Sidley team also represented American Family Ventures in connection with the launch of its predecessor fund.
