Sidley represented private equity firm, Brand Velocity Group (“BVG”), in its investment in Jaya Apparel Group (“Jaya”), which owns and operates the women’s contemporary fashion labels, Cinq à Sept and LIKELY. The partnership will expand business opportunities, fuel sales growth and foster global expansion efforts for Jaya.
