Sidley represented Lightspeed and Sequoia as lead investors in the Series C funding round of Aspire, a neobank based in Southeast Asia that offers a full-stack finance operating system for businesses. The Series C funding round was co-led by Lightspeed and Sequoia, with participation from other investors including PayPal Ventures, Tencent, MassMutual Ventures, LGT Capital Partners, and existing investors.
The cross-border Sidley team was led by Andrew Harper (Palo Alto) and Parthiv Rishi (Singapore) and supported by Eldon Chan (Singapore), Shaika Ahmed (Palo Alto), Ryan Lim (Singapore), Josephine Law (Singapore), and Reina Chua (Singapore).
