Sidley represented Sixth Street in its Series E growth equity investment of Guesty, Inc. (“Guesty”), a property management platform for the short-term rental and hospitality industry. Guesty raised a US$170 million funding round, led by Sixth Street alongside Apax Digital Funds and MSD Partners. Existing investors Viola Growth and Flashpoint also participated in the round. The Series E capital will be used to accelerate Guesty’s international business growth and support the growing needs of hospitality operators.
