Sidley Represents SpartanNash in Successful Proxy Contest Against Macellum and Ancora

Sidley represented SpartanNash Company (NASDAQ: SPTN) in its successful proxy contest against activist hedge funds Macellum and Ancora. All incumbent directors were elected to the board by the shareholders at the 2022 annual meeting. A link to the press release is available here.
