Sidley Represents Colliers in Its Strategic Investment in Basalt Infrastructure Partners LLP

Sidley represented Colliers on the acquisition of a 75% strategic investment in Basalt Infrastructure Partners LLP, a leading transatlantic infrastructure investment management firm, with more than US$8.5 billion of assets under management.
