Anne has extensive experience advising multinational clients on EU antitrust/competition, regulatory, and policy matters, with a particular focus on the life sciences sector. She provides strategic counsel to companies in the context of complex cartel and abuse of dominance investigations before the European Commission and national competition authorities. She frequently represents clients in high-stakes litigation proceedings before the EU Courts
Rachpal’s clients turn to her for advice on complex UK and EU regulatory and compliance matters, in particular those relating to cross-border issues. She has particular experience in advising global financial institutions on the regulatory aspects of structured finance and capital market transactions as well as on anti-money laundering and financial sanctions compliance matters. When clients interact with regulatory agencies, Rachpal provides technical and strategic support on regulatory investigations and breaches.
