| Project Description | Medeem is a social impact business which helps economically disadvantaged and vulnerable persons in Zambia formalize land rights through the use of their innovative and affordable technology known as ParcelCert™. The ParcelCert process is customized to meet the documentation and parcel survey requirements necessary for formal land registration with the government. Medeem has therefore been able to help farmers and women become secured landowners by bridging the gap between informal land holding and formal land registration, thereby enabling them to expand operations and generate greater revenue.
