Our representations have included virtually every aspect of and participant in out-of-court and in-court restructurings including debtors, debt syndicates, official and unofficial creditor and equity holder committees, acquirors and large individual creditors.

The ability to meet our clients’ needs and objectives is achieved through a combination of the breadth and depth of our bankruptcy and insolvency experience gained through some of the largest and most complex domestic and cross-border Chapter 11 reorganizations, the use of a practical, business-oriented approach and an ability to find innovative solutions to complicated problems.

In the United States, the firm frequently represents buyers and sellers of assets of distressed businesses, both in and out of bankruptcy court. In Asia, the firm has worked on a number of high profile and complex bankruptcy and restructuring transactions, including in the pulp and paper, textile, telecommunications, petrochemical and natural resource sectors. We have experience representing bank creditors, bondholders, sponsors, shareholders and debtors.
