NICK WIGGINS is an associate in the firm’s office in Washington, D.C. and is a member of the Global Arbitration, Trade and Advocacy group. Nick focuses his practice on trade and investment policy, national security reviews conducted by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), compliance with economic sanctions and export controls, World Trade Organization litigation, and investment treaty arbitration.
Nick earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and a two-time captain of the school’s Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team.
Before law school, Nick was an associate investment director at Cambridge Associates, where he evaluated and advised clients on investments in venture capital and growth equity funds in the United States, China, Europe, India, Israel, and Latin America.
Nick graduated from Hamilton College, where he earned a B.A. in World Politics, with a concentration in International Political Economy.
