
Biography
HARRY WEBB represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and corporate borrowers on leveraged finance transactions and corporate financing matters, with a particular focus on cross-border acquisition financing.
Harry has experience in acquisition financing, syndicated lending, private credit financings, refinancings, restructurings, and general banking. He has also been seconded to the leveraged finance team of a European investment bank.

- The senior lenders on Xpansiv’s acquisition of Evident, the global Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) network provider.
- EQT on its acquisition of Universidad Europea.
- An independent British telecommunications network provider on its £4.9 billion financing.
- The mandated lead arrangers on the £1.6 billion term loan B and high-yield bonds for a large UK forecourt operator’s acquisition of 340 petrol forecourts from a large UK supermarket chain.
- The ad hoc committee of term, RCF, and LC lenders to Arvos, the global manufacturer and supplier of industrial equipment, heat exchange, and transfer solutions, on its €590 million debt and equity recapitalization transaction, implemented via a UK scheme of arrangement.
- The ad hoc committee in relation to the €570 million recapitalization of Hilding Anders, a leading global bedding and mattress company.
- Soho House & Co Inc., a global membership platform of physical and digital spaces.
- A leading investor in relation to the financing for its take private acquisition of a leading waste management company.
- One of the largest banks in the world as sole bookrunner of the senior and second lien refinancing of one of the largest port infrastructure companies and subsequent add-on financing.
- A private equity firm in relation to the financing of the acquisition of a leading automotive parts business.
- The mandated lead arrangers of the refinancing of a network of infrastructure safety companies.
- The mandated lead arrangers of the refinancing of a life cycle management company.
- The super senior lenders of the financing to support the world’s largest alternative asset manager in its acquisition of a majority stake in a leading outsourcing and technology service specialist.
- The lenders of the financing to support the billion euro acquisition by a leading alternative investment manager focused on private equity, credit, and real estate of its majority stake in a natural health provider.
- The refinancing of a group of site operating companies’ debt facilities by means of a multisourced common debt platform.
