YIKAI WANG focuses his practice on regulatory and compliance matters in the life sciences industry. He represents multinational life sciences companies and their Chinese subsidiaries, as well as Chinese biotechnology companies, on regulatory matters in connection with clinical trials, manufacturing, marketing authorization approval, importation/exportation, distribution, and promotional/advertising activities. Yikai also assists life sciences companies in internal compliance programs and investigations under anti-bribery laws. For his anti-corruption compliance and investigation work, he has been recommended by Legal 500 Asia Pacific China Guide 2024.
Yikai is admitted to the New York Bar and holds the China Legal Profession Qualification Certificate. He is a native Chinese speaker and is fluent in English.
