ANNE WALLICE focuses her practice on advising large private and public companies, creditors, and investors in highly complex restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Anne was an associate at another top global law firm where she coordinated Chapter 11 restructurings for aviation, healthcare, energy, and retail companies. She also has experience advising clients on various out-of-court transactions, acquisitions, and distressed investments.
Anne received her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, magna cum laude, and her B.A. in Political Science / Spanish, cum laude, from the College of Charleston. While attending law school, Anne served as the executive editor of the William & Mary Law Review.
