CHRIS VAN SLYKE focuses his practice on commercial litigation and disputes.
Chris earned his J.D., magna cum laude, at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he was an articles editor and associate managing editor of the SMU Law review, Academic Success Program tutor, and a judicial intern for two federal district court judges.
Prior to attending law school, Chris served in the U.S. Army as an AH-64 Apache helicopter pilot. During his military service, Chris supported NATO in Europe and deployed to combat in Iraq as a company commander. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in political science in.
