CAMERON TURKZADEH represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as public and private companies, in a variety of complex transactions and corporate governance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and other related transactional matters.
Prior to joining Sidley, Cameron participated in Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship, working on right to counsel and asylum eligibility cases. Cameron also served as a pro bono intern for the Western Justice Center, providing policy analysis on student disciplinary issues and restorative justice programs in schools.
While attending law school, Cameron was the executive notes editor of the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts. Prior to law school, he worked as a finance associate for the LA Clippers, where he was responsible for completing multi-state tax analysis on corporate purchases and performing efficiency analyses on corporate sponsorship deals.
