GAËLLE TRIBIÉ focuses her practice on international and domestic arbitration disputes, complex commercial litigation matters, and enforcement matters involving U.S. agencies.
Gaëlle acts as counsel in disputes in federal and state court and under all of the major international arbitration institutions. Her litigation and arbitration matters include disputes involving international business and financial transactions, biopharmaceutical products, medical diagnostics, licensing, energy transactions, oil and gas, and electronics. Gaëlle also has experience representing clients in SEC, DOJ, and PCAOB investigations, as well as FINRA enforcement actions.
While attending Stanford law school, Gaëlle was a senior editor for the Stanford Law & Policy Review. She also interned for Justice Melvin L. Schweitzer in the New York Supreme Court, Commercial Division, and participated in the law school’s International Human Rights and Conflict Resolution Clinic.
