SABRINA TAWFIK focuses her practice on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.
Sabrina participated in Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship Program, working for the ACLU of Southern California in the Police Practices and First Amendment divisions.
During her time in law school, Sabrina served as senior editor of the Harvard Business Law Review, editor of the Harvard Human Rights Journal, and a member of the Harvard Women’s Law Association. She also advocated for the rights of migrant domestic workers in the Gulf Countries and assisted in drafting a report in conjunction with the UN Special Rapporteur investigating the impact of Artificial Intelligence and non-discrimination as a student attorney in the Harvard International Human Rights Clinic.
