Biography
JOLENA SUN focuses her practice on the representation of sponsors, borrowers, investment funds, and financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Jolena worked as a legal intern at a technology company based in Boston.
While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Jolena served as editor of the Virginia Law and Business Review and was a research assistant. Prior to law school, she was a financial analyst at a technology company in Canada.
Jolena is fluent in Mandarin and Japanese.
