CAMERON STANTON is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office and a member of its Corporate group. His practice focuses on merger and acquisitions, private equity transactions and capital markets transactions. Cameron represents buyers, sellers and financial advisors in public and private mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as corporate clients and financial institutions in a variety of securities transactions, across a wide range of industries. Cameron also regularly advises publicly traded and private companies in connection with corporate governance matters and federal securities law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Cameron was an associate in the corporate group of an international law firm, where he completed a secondment with a Fortune 100 company. Cameron received his J.D. magna cum laude from Washington University School of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas.
