CHOA SONG’s practice focuses on energy and infrastructure matters.
She obtained her J.D. from University of Texas School of Law, where she served as staff editor for the Texas International Law Journal. During this time, Choa participated in the Human Rights Clinic and the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic programs.
Prior to law school, Choa graduated from Hanyang University where she earned a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies.
Choa is a native Korean speaker.
