ALEXANDRA SIROTA focuses her practice on complex corporate and transactional matters. She represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.
Alexandra worked for LA28 as part of Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship Program, where she worked with cross-functional teams on a variety of transactional matters in preparation for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.
During law school, Alexandra was a clinical law student at the USC Law Small Business Clinic, where she advised startup companies, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits on entity formation and other corporate legal matters. She also served as judicial extern for Judge Stephen V. Wilson of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Alexandra also received a J.D. Specialization in Media & Entertainment Law and held leadership positions with the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
