ALICE SARVI focuses her practice on the representation of clients in the documentation and negotiation of derivatives transactions. In addition, she advises clients on issues relating to compliance with the regulatory framework of Dodd-Frank Title VII and the rules enacted thereunder with respect to derivatives. Prior to joining Sidley, Alice served as in-house counsel to a non-U.S. swap dealer with a similar focus on derivatives, primarily supporting the structured finance hedging desk, and compliance with rules promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the U.S. prudential regulators. Alice is fluent in French and Farsi.
