CAITLAN ROCHA focuses her practice on a broad range of M&A transactions involving public and private entities in the life sciences and technology industries, and regularly represents companies in cross-border transactions.
Caitlan earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she was on the board of Women of Berkeley Law and served as an editor for the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law and the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law. Caitlan graduated with pro bono honors, spending over 100 hours providing legal services to underserved communities.
Prior to joining Sidley, Caitlan worked as an associate at another international law firm. She also served as a legal extern to a federal judge at the Northern District of California.
Caitlan earned her B.S., summa cum laude, from Arizona State University in Justice Studies. Caitlan was named the “Justice & Social Inquiry Outstanding Undergraduate Alumna” for 2020.
