Recent experience includes:

• Ryan Specialty in its acquisition of Innovisk.
• Advising a technology client on intra-group data transfers following the completion of an acquisition.
• Advising social media clients on compliance documentation, including non-user privacy policies and incident reporting records.
• Developing process documentation to assist a client with complying with data subject rights.
• Assisting a technology client to understand the existing uses of AI for security purposes within the business to assess compliance with EU regulations.
• Advising a client on the impact of the Network and Information Security Directive (NISD)-2 on the incident reporting process as part of a wider regulatory readiness project.
• Advising a client on the ability to, and privacy obligations when, monitoring employees.
• Assisting with privacy due diligence in support of corporate transactions.
• Investigating a major cross-border cybersecurity incident and assessing reportability under EU and UK laws (including the ePrivacy Directive, EU & UK GDPR, NISD and EECC).
