MARK PRIEBE focuses his practice on complex civil litigation disputes. Mark has represented clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, and financial accounting. Mark also maintains an active pro bono practice, including asylum and veterans advocacy cases.
Mark advises clients at all stages of the litigation process. He has experience drafting successful dispositive motions and appellate briefs in both state and federal courts. He also has experience in fact development, complex discovery disputes, and day-to-day case management. Prior to joining Sidley, Mark served as a law clerk to The Honorable David J. Porter of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and The Honorable Rebecca Bradley of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Mark graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as senior editor of the Michigan Law Review. He also received a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Michigan Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy.
