• Fleming Insurance Holdings, a portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners, in its strategic US$277 million acquisition of JRG Reinsurance Company Ltd. (JRG Re), the third-party casualty reinsurance business of James River Group Holdings, Ltd.
• Oscar W. Larson Company, a portfolio company of Trive Capital Management LLC, in its acquisition of Capitol Business Equipment, Inc.
• The Arnold Companies in the sale of its TAC Air division to Signature Aviation, the world’s largest network of fixed-base operators (FBOs).
• Altamont Capital Partners in its US$150 million investment in Fleming Holdings.
• Great Value Storage in its US$588 million Chapter 11 auction that resulted in all creditors being paid in full and over US$80 million returned to equity in the Northern District of Texas.
• Omnicell, Inc. (Nasdaq: OMCL) in its acquisition of ReCept Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of specialty pharmacy management services for health systems, clinics, and physician groups, to acquire its business for total aggregate cash consideration of US$100 million.
• Omnicell, Inc. (Nasdaq: OMCL) in its US$82 million acquisition of MarkeTouch Media, LLC.
• Eldridge, lead provider of US$1.7 billion of equity and debt financing to Metropolis Technologies, Inc., in Metropolis’ take-private acquisition of SP Plus Corporation (Nasdaq: SP).

• Worked with the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition (FRRC) to assist formerly incarcerated persons to restore their right to vote.
