DIANA MORENO focuses her practice on asset-backed securities and residential mortgage-backed securities. Diana has been recognized in the 2022 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for her work in banking and finance law.

Prior to joining Sidley, Diana was the assistant vice president at a financial services company. She was also a structured finance associate at another law firm in New York City.

Diana earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she received the Carroll and Milton Petrie Foundation Scholarship.

Diana is fluent in Spanish and English.
