KATHERINE MEDIANIK focuses her practice on the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, management, and leasing of a variety of commercial real estate properties. Her practice also includes the representation of financial institutions and investment banks on lending transactions, as well as the representation of private equity investors in the acquisition, disposition, and merger of companies with significant real estate assets.
Before joining the firm’s Real Estate practice in Miami, she was a managing associate in the New York office. Prior to Sidley, Katherine was an associate at an international law firm based in New York City where she worked on a broad range of real estate, private equity, bankruptcy, and restructuring transactions.
While attending Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Katherine was a staff editor for the Cardozo Law Review.
