AMELIA MAZZARELLA focuses her practice on representing clients in their most complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts while maintaining a consistent pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Sidley, Amelia participated in Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship Program, working for the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California on the LGBTQ, Gender & Reproductive Justice Project, where she gained valuable experience in impact litigation.
During law school, Amelia was a coach for the Moot Court Team, a senior fellow of the Academic Skills Program to assist first-year law students, an associate editor of the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice, and a student advocate for the Workers’ Rights Clinic. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Edward M. Chen of the Northern District of California.
