BRYAN LIU represents banks and investment funds in fund finance transactions and has significant experience structuring, documenting, and negotiating secured and unsecured loans, including bilateral and syndicated capital call lines of credit and subscription facilities, management company lines, and other fund finance products.
Bryan also advises lenders and emerging growth and venture-backed companies, as well as other private and public companies and high-net-worth individuals in lending transactions, with an emphasis in the technology and life sciences industries.
Prior to joining Sidley, Bryan was an associate at another global law firm.
Bryan received his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Northwestern University Law Review. He received his B.B.A., with high distinction, from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
