NICOLE ANN LIM’s practice focuses on complex government and internal investigations, data privacy, and compliance counseling. She has worked on several investigations in the Asia Pacific region including Singapore, Hong Kong, and China. She also has experience advising on regulatory matters involving cybersecurity and data privacy issues.
Prior to joining Sidley, Nicole practiced at a leading international law firm where she also focused on corporate transactions encompassing mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and fund formation in a wide range of industries including cryptocurrency and technology.
Nicole speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
