Appeals to the Social Security and Child Support Tribunal for denial of/reduction in Personal Independence Payment benefits.
A discretionary application to the Home Office for grant of UK citizenship under the British Nationality Act 1981.
An application for a charging order in respect of unpaid judgment debt in a breach of National Minimum Wage civil case.
