Jordan M. Lemoine

JORDAN LEMOINE’s practice focuses on the areas of M&A, private equity, and corporate governance matters.

Jordan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. During law school, Jordan competed as a member of the Bartlit Center National Trial Team and served as a member of the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business. Prior to law school, Jordan earned his B.A. in international relations, cum laude, from the University of San Diego.
