SAMMI LEE’s practice focuses on leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, domestic and cross-border loan transactions and debt capital market transactions.
Sammi also has experience in advising PRC borrowers on various inbound and outbound financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated loans, structured and project finance. Sammi’s practice also covers debt related compliance matters for listed companies and general corporate finance transactions.
