ANDREW KUNSAK received his J.D. cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he served as a managing editor of the Northwestern University Law Review, and as a teaching assistant for contracts and torts. While attending law school, Andrew interned with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Andrew was part of a Sidley pro bono team that worked together with the New York Civil Liberties Union (NYCLU) and the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP) to achieve a settlement in a case challenging the blanket denial of parole to asylum seekers detained at the Buffalo Federal Detention Center in Batavia, New York.
