HYEISOO KIM focuses her practice on advising private and public companies, creditors, and investors in restructuring and transactional matters, including corporate transactions, out-of-court reorganizations, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Hyeisoo participated in Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship Program, working for Public Counsel and its Consumer Rights & Economic Justice project. While in law school, Hyeisoo served as a notes and submissions editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and worked as a clinic clerk at the USC Gould Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic. Hyeisoo also received the “Dean Dorothy Nelson Commemorative Prize” for her contribution to improvement of the administration of justice during law school.
Hyeisoo is a native Korean speaker.
