YAHEL KAPLAN provides counseling to private companies and public companies in the technology and life science sectors throughout their corporate life cycle, from general corporate representation and counseling to venture capital financings, joint ventures, and M&A transactions. He also regularly represents venture capital firms, investment banks, and financial institutions in strategic transactions, debt, and equity offerings (including follow-ons, PIPES, and at-the-market offerings).
Prior to joining Sidley, Yahel worked as an associate at another global law firm in New York.
While attending Columbia Law School, Yahel served as staff editor at the Millstein Center for Global Market and Corporate Ownership.
Yahel is fluent in Hebrew.
