ROBERT HOGAN focuses his practice on investment fund formation, structuring, and related corporate and regulatory matters.
Robert graduated, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and received his MBA from the Quinlan School of Business. While attending law school, Robert was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board, an editor of the Consumer Law Review, and worked at the Loyola Business Law Clinic, where he later served as a Public Interest Law Initiative fellow.
Prior to attending law school, Robert earned his B.B.A in finance from the University of Notre Dame and worked for three years on the financial analysis and surveillance team at National Futures Association.
