LAURYN GREER focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance matters.
Lauryn earned her J.D./MBA simultaneously from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. While attending Northwestern, Lauryn served as an executive editor for the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property, and vice president of membership for the Arts and Entertainment Law Society. Lauryn also participated as a student clinician in the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center, where she assisted small businesses and non-profit organizations with various legal matters. Lauryn earned her B.S., cum laude, from New York University, where she studied media, culture, and communication.
Prior to attending law school, Lauryn worked in corporate communications at a gas and retail company.
