ALEXANDRA GREEN earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. While there, she served as president of the Earl. B. Dickerson Chapter of the Black Law Students Association. After graduating, Alexandra worked as a Public Interest Law Initiative Graduate Fellow at the Law Center for Better Housing. Prior to attending law school, she earned her B.A. in English from Howard University, and worked as a legal assistant at a mid-size law firm in Washington, D.C.

- Representation of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (NYSE: TDS) in the US$4.4 billion sale of United States Cellular Corporation’s (NYSE: USM) wireless operations and select spectrum assets to T-Mobile US, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMUS), including a combination of cash and up to approximately US$2 billion of assumed debt.
