DAVID GOLDENBERG’s practice focuses on corporate clients in white collar matters, commercial litigation disputes, and government enforcement actions and investigations. He has experience in appellate work related to regulatory, statutory, and constitutional issues. Dave regularly provides counsel on complex eDiscovery issues including defensible eDiscovery policies and procedures, the use of technology-assisted review, and predictive coding. He has successfully represented companies in a wide array of industries, including telecommunications, entertainment, energy, banking, technology, and pharmaceuticals.
Dave has experience along the full spectrum of litigation, representing clients at the trial, appellate, and Supreme Court level. Dave has played key roles in the development of creative legal theories and strategies. He has briefed successful dispositive and discovery motions in federal court. While Dave focuses his practice on defense, he also has experience in leveraging litigation offensively to best represent his client’s interests.
Dave received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as the managing articles editor on the Michigan Journal of Environmental & Administrative Law. He was also a member of the Veterans Legal Clinic. Dave earned his B.A. in Politics from Earlham College.
