KALI FROH focuses her practice on secondaries transactions. She has considerable experience representing secondaries buyers and sellers in traditional portfolio secondaries and stapled transactions. Her experience also includes advising fund sponsors and lead investors in GP-led liquidity transactions and representing prominent institutional investors in connection with their investments in leading private investment funds and co-investments.
Prior to joining Sidley, Kali worked at another global law firm in their investment funds and secondaries practice.
Kali received her B.A. from Marquette University and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Review of Banking and Financial Law.
